Our company was set up in 1991. The company mainly manufactures and exports stamping parts, washers, all kinds of screws and other fasteners. The company is one of the earliest domestic companies that produce and sell flat washers.
Our company has a team who possess professional skills, and it has already obtained ISO9001: 2000 quality system certification.
Our company is located in the Jinnan District of Tianjin, and far from the Tianjin Binhai International Airport 12 kilometers, Tianjin Xingang port only 30 kilometers.
The products our company mainly manufactures and exports: non-standard metal stamping parts according to the samples and drawings of customers, high-tensile washers F436/ 6916. According to the demand of DIN522, the general washers we mainly produce are BS3410/ 4320, NF E25-513, AS1252-1973, ASTM/ IFI and various screws and fasteners.
The materials used are: mild steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and copper.
Surface treatment: plain, zinc plated ( blue zinc plated, and yellow zinc plated) , nickel plated, phosphating, black oxidation, zinc mechanically deposited, and hot-dip galvanised or as per buyer" nstructions.
Our company has stamping workshop ( including 80 punchs) , matched with zinc plated workshop and heat treatment workshop ( including 2 advanced automation heat treatment equipments) .
The products are mainly exported to USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia and other countries and regions .The annual production capability reaches 8, 000 tons.
So far, 90 percent of our products have been widely used in Europe and The United States markets.
